Evanston police incidents
Sept. 27-Oct. 3, 2021
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 149 incidents between the dates of Monday, Sept. 27, and Sunday, Oct. 3. Incidents included two alarms, 10 ambulance or medical assists, 21 animal problems, two agency assists, a citizen complaint, two citizen disputes, two citizen assists, three controlled substance possessions, two DUIs, DWUS,two intoxicated persons, four juvenile problems, a missing person, a minor in possession of tobacco, interfering with police, four parking problems, two school problems, six suspicious incidents, two hit-and-run traffic accidents, a traffic complaint, three property thefts, traffic control, trespassing, vandalism, two wanted persons and 13 welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested eight persons between the dates of Sept. 27 and Oct. 3.
Vanessa A. Bye, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.
James H. Dare, of Midvale, Utah, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Brady J. Ehlers, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia.
Sergei Gladush Jr., of Sedalia, Missouri, was arrested for public intoxication.
Casey Krogman, of Grand Junction, Colorado, was arrested for breach of peace and possessing a controlled substance.
Kirk Palmer, of Ogden, Utah, was arrested for failing to appear, driving while under suspension and possessing paraphernalia.
Rhianna J. Perry, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Valerie L. Plumlee, of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, was arrested for driving while under the influence and possessing a controlled substance.
