Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming, will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2020, in the ESC Boardroom of the Educational Service Center, 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss bonding for the Community Fieldhouse.

The City of Evanston will accept “sealed bids” on items for sale. These used items include used vehicles, equipment, file cabinets, desks and chairs, small tools, bikes and more.
A detailed list of items will be available at the time of bid, Wednesday, September 30, 2020. These items may be inspected at the City of Evanston, Old Recycle Center at 61 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, WY., from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD AS IS!
Written sealed bids will be accepted by the City at the Public Works Shop at 61 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming, on the same day Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 10:00 am at Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle.
City Council will award bids on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at City Council meeting. Payment for awarded bid items will be October 7th - October 8th, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, October 9th, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please make payment at Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street. Take receipt to Public Works to pick up awarded bid item.
The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in the best interest of the City of Evanston. All items must be paid for at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, and picked up by October 9, 2020 by 1:00 p.m.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District No. 1 and the Wyoming State Construction Department, School Facilities Division have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from firms/individuals for Design Services in support of Evanston High School Domestic Water Replacement (“the Project”).

Proposals may be delivered in person, via US Postal Service, or via commercial parcel service. Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, email, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Only such Proposals that have been received by the District at the address, time, and date listed above will be considered.
Uinta County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals deemed to be not in the best interests of the School District. The School District further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP materials and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.

FINAL PAYMENT

CITY VIEW WATER MAIN PHASE II
Notice is hereby given that the City of Evanston has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules governing the same work performed under that certain Contract between the City of Evanston and SCI, Inc. the Contractor, on the EVANSTON CITY VIEW WATER MAIN PHASE II PROJECT. The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the City of Evanston will make final payment to the Contractor herein mentioned for the full amount due on the forty-first day after first publication of this notice (October 29, 2020). Any claims should be submitted to the City of Evanston. Claims not filed with the City, prior to the forty-first day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.
