BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) will meet at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, and WOGCC Examiners will meet beginning Monday, August 8, 2022, and subsequent days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to consider the following matters at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.

Protests to applications shall be in writing and filed with the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) business days prior to the date of hearing pursuant to Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission Rules & Regulations, Chapter 5, Section 11 and Chapter 5, Section 26.
Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 12 of the Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission Rules & Regulations, the written protest must state the grounds of the protest and include information and evidence to demonstrate that: (a) the protestant is a party entitled to notice or relief under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 30-5-101 through 30-5-410; (b) the protestant seeks a remedy that is within the jurisdiction and authority of the Commission. No action shall be taken on an objection or protest that is not timely filed.

The Board of the North Uinta County Water and Sewer District does hereby certify that the date of the next Director Election is November 8, 2022..
The following offices will be up for election: 2 Directors 4 year terms.
Qualifications: Registered Voter, Resident of District, Landowner in District Candidates may file at Town of Bear River Town Hall, 81 Elk Drive, Bear River, WY, between August 10 and August 28, 2022.
The election will be conducted by mail and all qualified electors (registered voters) will receive a ballot in the mail. Voted ballots must be returned to Bear River Town Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 8, 2022.
Voter registration closes October 24, 2022. Voters may register at the Bear River Town Hall or the Uinta County Clerk’s office during regular business hours.

The Evanston Landfill #2 is located in Section 27, Township 16 North, Range 120 West, Uinta County, Wyoming (approximately 6 miles northeast of Evanston in Uinta County, Wyoming). The facility is a municipal solid waste landfill.
The Division’s Operating Permit contact is Melissa Meares, Operating Permit Program Manager, Division of Air Quality, Department of Environmental Quality, 200 West 17th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002 at (307) 777-3784. Interested parties may examine the draft permit, permit application, and statement of basis for the permit at the Division’s Cheyenne office or the Division’s Lander Field Office located at 510 Meadowview Drive, Lander, Wyoming, (307) 332-6755. These documents are also available online at the Division’s website (https://openair.wyo.gov), utilizing facility ID F030425 and permit number P0032863 under permits.
