TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on the 26th day of May, 2021, the Last Will and Testament of HOWARD D. WOODY was admitted to probate by the above-named Court, and that JOHN G. WOODY, JAMES H. WOODY and STACEY A. AUGHE were appointed Co-Personal Representatives thereof. Any action to set aside the Will shall be filed in the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Kevin and Ricky Maxfield have applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a parcel of land in Section 36, T16N R115W.  The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/ Resource/Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Residential (R) Land Use District for the development of a one (1) lot Residential subdivision entitled the Rick and Kevin Maxfield Subdivision.

A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Uinta County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Town Hall, Mountain View, Wyoming.

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Spire Storage West LLC to modify the Clear Creek Plant by installing one emergency vent, two (2) Caterpillar G3616 engines, one (1) 120 MMscfd TEG Dehydration unit equipped with a 1.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler, one (1) 7.0 MMBtu/hr dehydration unit inlet heater, three (3) 400 bbl condensate tanks, one 60,000 gal Pressurized NGL Tank, two (2) 600-gal methanol/biocide tanks, four (4) 1,500-gal methanol/biocide tanks, two (2) 900-gal methanol/biocide tanks, one (1) 0.5 MMBtu/hr heater, one (1) 6.0 MMBtu/hr line heater, two (2) 7.5 MMBtu/hr line heaters, six (6) pig launchers/receivers and removal of one (1) Cummins emergency generator, one (1) 210 bbl diesel tank, one (1) 500 gallon gasoline tank, and one (1) 1,000 gallon diesel tank. The Clear Creek Plant is located in the NW¼ SE¼ of Section 9, T16N, R119W, approximately twenty-eight (28) miles west of Lyman in Uinta County, Wyoming.
