NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR

RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about the 15th day of June 2022, Martin Food Group, LLC, DBA: Martinelli’s Café & Dinner Club, filed an application for a Restaurant Liquor License in the Office of the Clerk of the City Evanston, Wyoming for the building located at 123 10th Street, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.

Protests, if any there be, against the issuance of such license, may be heard at the hour of 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of July 2022, in the Council Chambers of the Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. to approve final payment of bills for Fiscal Year 2022 and consider FY22 Budget Amendment 3.  The meeting will be in the Commission Chambers at the County Complex in Evanston.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

POLLING PLACE CHANGES

BOARD OF UINTA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given that the County Clerk and the Board of County Commissioners will meet to designate Polling Places at the regular meeting of the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on July 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the County Courthouse 225 9th Street in Evanston.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  The only anticipated polling place change will be to add a polling location back in the Town of Bear River.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING

The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) will meet at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, and WOGCC Examiners will meet beginning Monday, July 11, 2022, and subsequent days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to consider the following matters at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.

Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 12 of the Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission Rules & Regulations, the written protest must state the grounds of the protest and include information and evidence to demonstrate that: (a) the protestant is a party entitled to notice or relief under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 30-5-101 through 30-5-410; (b) the protestant seeks a remedy that is within the jurisdiction and authority of the Commission. No action shall be taken on an objection or protest that is not timely filed.

CP 142 A request by Coin World, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a self-storage facility located at 71 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Industrial-Established (I-E).  (Section 24-15 C. (3))
