Notice is hereby given that Trout Unlimited is announcing that solicitation for qualifications and bid information is available for the furnishing of the:

East Fork Hilliard Canal Piping Project

The project site is in Utah about 30 miles south from Evanston, Wyoming. This bid proposal will be for piping of about 1,900 feet of the East Fork Hilliard Canal on the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Activities will include purchasing, delivery, and installation of the piping. Installation of the piping can begin after the irrigation season, typically in August, with work to be completed by October 31, 2022.

Notice is hereby provided that any contractor wishing to act as general contractor on the project contact Jim DeRito to receive “solicitation to bid” information. There will be a mandatory pre-bidder meeting at the site on the 7th of June, 2022.  Bids will be due the 14th of June at 5pm, unless modified at the mandatory site meeting, and selection of a contractor will be made by the 17th of June.

This is not a Request for Proposal. Trout Unlimited is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to be and appear before the Circuit Court, Third Judicial District, in and for Uinta County, Wyoming, on the 27TH  day of June, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock P.M., then and there answer and defend against the Complaint of GDCS, LLC., for forcible entry and detainer made by the said Raymond Dement and all other occupants upon the lands of the Plaintiff, as will more fully appear in the Complaint served herewith, and that you are notified that if you fail to so appear and defend that said relief sought will be taken against you

MATERIALS INCLUDE: Approximately, 2,229 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAP), 1,000 CY of roadbase, 9,907 SY of asphalt removal, tack coat, 6 water valve grade rings, and 4 sewer manhole grade rings.

WORK DESCRIPTION: Street cleaning, asphalt removal, weed removal and surface preparation, traffic control, placement and compaction of plant mix asphalt, pavement re-striping as needed, adjustment of sewer manhole covers and water valve boxes.
