YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Wyoming has instituted an action against the above-described property in the District Court of Uinta County, Wyoming, located in Evanston, Wyoming, wherein it seeks to forfeit Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($12,313.00) in United States currency, which was seized on February 10,  2021, because the property was used in violation of the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act.

            YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that unless you file an answer or otherwise plead as provided for by the laws of the State of Wyoming, within 30 days after the last day of publication of this notice, your default will be entered and a judgment and decree of Forfeiture will be entered terminating any interest you may have in Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($12,313.00) in United States currency and forfeiting the property to the State of Wyoming.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

(For Publication)

WHEREAS NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a default in the payment under the terms of a secured and perfected Note has occurred.  The Note is secured by a Mortgage dated November 3, 2014 and recorded on November 4, 2014 at REC # 167928 Book 1017, Page 453 in the records of Uinta County, Wyoming from Donna B McCauley, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for the amount of $69,500.00.  The Mortgage having been assigned to and now in possession of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Juniper Mortgage Loan Trust A, through an assignment recorded on January 28, 2021 at REC# 1099189 in Book 2010, Page 565 and Corrective Assignment of Mortgage recorded March 30, 2021 at REC# 11002223 in Book 2014, Page 481 in the records of Uinta County, Wyoming.

WHEREAS the Mortgage contains a power of sale, which by reason of the default that has occurred, the Mortgagee has declared to become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any suit or proceeding instituted and the same discontinued and:

WHEREAS written Notice of Intent to Foreclose by Sale and Advertisement has been served upon the record owner and party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage at the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $67,786.36 which consists of the unpaid principal balance of $61,124.63, plus outstanding charges, attorney fees, costs expected, accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice.

WHEREAS this property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.

NOW, THEREFORE Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Juniper Mortgage Loan Trust A as Mortgagee, will have the Mortgage foreclosed as by law provided by having the mortgaged property sold at public venue by the Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff in and for Uinta County, Wyoming to the highest bidder for cash on June 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the front door of the Uinta County Courthouse located at 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming 82930.  For application on the above described amounts secured by the Mortgage, said mortgaged property being described as follows, to wit:

SEALED BIDS for construction of asphalt pavement improvements will be received by the City of Evanston, until 2:00 pm., June 10, 2021 at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud, the successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

MATERIALS INCLUDE: Approximately, 3565 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAP), 30,000 SY Plant Mix Milling, tack coat, 16 water valve grade rings, 26 sewer manhole grade rings, 47,000 SY Chip Seal and pavement re-striping.

WORK DESCRIPTION: Street cleaning, asphalt milling, weed removal and surface preparation, traffic control, placement and compaction of plant mix asphalt, chip sealing, pavement re-striping, adjustment of sewer manhole covers and water valve boxes.

DESTRUCTION OF PERMANENT FILES

This notice is submitted to alert all families of children who attended a Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association developmental disabilities preschool program during the school year 2013 through 2014. If your child received services through one of LUCDA’s centers (Alpine Child Development Center, Bridger Valley Child Development Center, LUCDA-Evanston, Kemmerer Child Development Center, Star Valley Child Development Center (Afton or Thayne) during the years listed, those records will be destroyed on or after June 1, 2021. If parents wish to obtain their child’s records they may contact the local center where their child attended, or the LUCDA Regional Office at P.O. Box 570, Mountain View, WY 82939, (307) 782-6602 prior to June 1, 2021. Records will be given only to those who can prove guardianship of the child. If you are a friend or relative of a child who attended the program during these years, please assist the program by notifying parents that records are available.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of May, 2021, the governing body of the City of Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming, adopted a Resolution expressing its intent to annex a parcel of land located within the NE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 34, T15N, R120W, 6TH P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming.  A location map showing the area to be annexed is set forth below.  An Annexation Report has been prepared and is available for review at the City Clerk’s office which in summary, indicates there are no infrastructure improvements needed within the existing boundaries of the City to accommodate the proposed annexation.  Upon written request, the City Clerk will provide a legal description of the area to be annexed and the names of the person owning property within the area.

On June 1, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming, to receive comments from members of the public, to determine if the proposed annexation meets the conditions of W.S. 15-1-402 and if the required procedures have been met.
