Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Brent Hatch was present and Commissioner Mark Anderson was excused. Request for Proposals -Residing of District Modulars
The Uinta County School District #1 (UCSD #1) is seeking proposals for residing the modulars at Aspen/North Elementary Schools. This will include residing all four sides with vinyl or aluminum siding, replacing the soffit and with aluminum soffit. The proposal will include all necessary equipment, material, labor, permits, insurance, and supervision required to perform the project. Please separate the bids by location.
The school district seeks an agreement that allows it to work with the selected Vendor to adjust quantities and/or scale back or cancel the project entirely as needed based upon funding availability and/or the best interests of the District.
