FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Streamline Markings, Inc., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B203035 in Sublette, Sweetwater, and Teton Counties, consisting of installing epoxy pavement lines and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on April 13, 2021.

The date of the first publication of this Notice is March 3, 2021.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Evanston Child Development Center has filed a Community Facilities loan and/or grant application with the USDA-Rural Development, for the purpose of financing a facility to meet the present and future needs of Early Childhood Education in the City of Evanston, WY. The new facility would replace the existing facility and is located on the block between Sage/Summit and 3rd and 4th Street. The total cost of the project is approximately $7,000,000 and the amount of financing requested is approximately $2,000,000. This matter will be scheduled for public discussion and comments at the board meeting on April 15, 2021, 4pm at 336 Summit St. Evanston, WY 82930. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about the 5th day of March 2021, La Tia Mexican Eats, Inc., dba Don Pedro’s Family Mexican Restaurant filed an application for a transfer of ownership of a Retail Liquor License, (license currently owned by The Last Outpost, Inc.) in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, for the building located at 205 Bear River Drive, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.

Protests, if any there be, against the transferring of such license, may be heard at the hour of 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of April 2021, in the Council Chambers of the Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.

Notice is hereby given that, Kyle Turner has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a commercial greenhouse and aquaponics system in a Residential (R) Land Use District.  The subject property is Lot 19 of the Lowham Acres Subdivision located in Section 26 T15N R121W of the 6th PM, Uinta County, Wyoming.

SEALED BIDS for STREET STRIPING (PAINTING) improvements will be received by the City of Evanston at the Department of Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming; until 1:00 p.m., TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

MATERIALS INCLUDE:    White and Yellow fast drying traffic paint meeting Wyoming Department of Transportation (WyDOT) Specifications.

WORK DESCRIPTION:   1)  Painting crosswalks, stop bars and parking lines.  2)  Painting edge lines and center lines (long lines).
