NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a sworn application has been made for a decree in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming establishing in Blanca Ines Bullocks, Michael Bullocks, and the daughter (name unknown) of Jerod Eric Bullocks, deceased, the right and title to the decedent’s interest in settlement proceeds from a personal injury claim in which the decedent had an interest.
Any objection to the Application shall be filed before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after the mailing required by Wyo. Stat. § 2-1-205(d) or (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice. An untimely objection is barred. If no timely objection is filed, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the aforementioned property.

FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Cache Valley Electric Co., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number ELECFTR in Uinta County, consisting of installation and removal of service points, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on Febuary 1, 2021.
