NOTICE TO SOLICIT NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORS OF UINTA COUNTY WEED & PEST CONTROL DISTRICT
Appointments to the Uinta County Weed & Pest Control District will be made on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 by the Board of Uinta County Commissioners at the County Complex, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming.
Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act of 1973 (W.S. 11-5-101 through 11-5-303), notice is hereby given to solicit nominations for appointments to Uinta County Weed & Pest Control District. Appointments shall be made in accordance with W.S. 11-5-104.
Interested applicants should contact Chris Aimone at 57 Patriot Ct, Evanston.
A total of four directors shall be selected from areas of residence as follows:
One (1) from School District #6
One (1) City of Evanston
One (1) At large
One (1) At large
Prior to appointment, nominees shall submit a petition signed by at least ten (10) landowners to the office of the County Commissioners at least five (5) days before the date of the meeting or before December 29, 2020
