SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR

UINTA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER ONE

EVANSTON, WYOMING

Notice is hereby given that a Hearing in Executive Session of the Board Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming, will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th day of October, 2021, in the Boardroom of the Educational Service Center, 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming.   

The purpose for the hearing is a student discipline issue.

Notice is also given that official minutes of each regular meetings of such Board, including a record of all official acts and of all warrants issued are available for inspection by any citizen at the Office of the Clerk of said District at 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming, during the regular office hours of 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Aaron & Lyndee Johnson and Troy & Lisa Bradshaw have applied for a Subdivision Permit to subdivide a parcel in the E ½ NE ¼ Section 16, T15N, R114W of the 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming into a new four-lot ARD subdivision entitled the A & L Subdivision. A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, Evanston, Wyoming.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about the 12th day of October 2021, Clemente Brothers Enterprise, LLC, DBA: El Paso All American & Mexican Restaurant, filed an application for a Restaurant Liquor License in the Office of the Clerk of the City Evanston, Wyoming for the building located at 240 Bear River Drive, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.

 Protests, if any there be, against the issuance of such license, may be heard at the hour of 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of November 2021, in the Council Chambers of the Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.

Public Notice

Westmoreland Haystack Mining LLC of Lone Tree, Colorado has filed a mining permit renewal application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of coal in Uinta County, Wyoming.  The Haystack Mine is located on U.S. Highway 189, approximately 7 miles north of the intersection of US Highway 189 and Interstate I-80. The intersection is located approximately 14 miles East of Evanston, Wyoming.  The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or Lander Field Office of the Land Quality Division.  The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
