NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 02/23/2006 executed and delivered by Troy A. Gaylord to Beneficial Wyoming Inc. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Troy A. Gaylord and Natalee Gaylord, husband and wife (the “Mortgagors”), to  Beneficial Wyoming Inc., and which Mortgage was recorded on 02/24/2006, as Entry No. R129610 Book 859 Page 14 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

The property covered by said Mortgage is described as follows:

PART OF THE SW 1/4NW1/4NE1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 115 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTH QUARTER SECTION CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23 AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE NE1/4 OF SAID SECTION 23, 746.6 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4, 259.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 99.0 FEET TO THE LINE OF WYOMING SECONDARY HIGHWAY; THENCE SOUTHWEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID HIGHWAY ON A 11 DEGREE 14’ CURVE 89.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 137.6 FEET; THENCE EAST 81.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners are requesting bids for a contract for the following work at the Sheriff’s Office. 

  1. All construction required to convert the room, including demolition, and removal of construction materials.
  2. Construction of walls to include rigid foam insulation and drywall work.
  3. Conduits to bring electrical and data wiring into room.
  4. Electrical wiring in room.
  5. Cable management racks.
  6. Lighting
  7. Air conditioning
  8. Fire suppression system

The successful contractor(s) will be required to furnish all supervision, technical, personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services, including utility and transportation services to perform and complete all services and materials as defined in the bid documents.

Sealed bids will be received at the Uinta County Clerk’s Office 225 9th St. Evanston, Wyoming until 2:00 P.M. local time, February 25, 2019.  Bids should be marked on the outside “2019 Uinta County Sheriff’s Office Equipment Room” with the name and address of the bidder.  Primary contact for this project is Dean Podzamsky, Uinta County Communications (307) 747-6510.

Public opening of the bids will be on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Uinta County EOC, 225 9th St. Evanston, Wyoming.  Bidders are welcome to attend.

All projects over $150,000.00 shall be bonded therefore the successful bidder shall provide a 100% performance and payment bond.  All projects over $7500.00 or less than $150,000.00 require a form of guarantee as approved by the county.

The Board of Uinta County Commissioners hereby notifies all bidders that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed, or national origin.

Uinta County reserves the right to accept or reject any items or all items, any part or all parts, any section or all sections, any bid or all bids as stated in the specifications to waive any irregularities or informalities, or to re-bid or re-advertise for bids if it is determined to be necessary or desirable and reserve the right to let the bid in any manner it sees fit.

Uinta County will not be bound to accept the low bid, but rather the bid that is in the best interest of Uinta County.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 06/20/2008 executed and delivered by Rodney Gene Reinholz and Mary C. Reinholz to Wells Fargo Financial Wyoming, Inc. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Rodney Gene Reinholz and Mary C. Reinholz, husband and wife (the “Mortgagors”), to  Wells Fargo Financial Wyoming, Inc., and which Mortgage was recorded on 07/03/2008, as Entry No. 143700; Book 916, Page 744 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $21,710.02 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $17,957.47 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $833.10 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;
