Willard Fotheringham, 72, of Grand Junction, Colo., passed away on Sept. 6, 2013, at HopeWest Hospice of Grand Junction.
He was raised in Evanston and married Sherrie Brough – also from Evanston – in 1961.
Willard worked for Mountain Fuel out of the Rock Springs and Rangely, Colo. area as a gas production manager.
He was also a volunteer EMT.
Willard moved to Grand Junction after he sustained a serious head injury in 1981.
He is survived by his two sons, Michael and Stephen Fotheringham; his daughter, Sheralee Fudge; his brother, Les Fotheringham; his three sisters, Sandra Ottley, Judith Staley, and Ruthy Norris; 13 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. at Grand Junction Memorial Gardens (Masoleum), 2970 North Ave., Grand Junction, Colo., with lunch to follow at the LDS church on 2335 Kingston Road in Grand Junction.
