EVANSTON — On Friday, Feb. 15, Derek Haider's seventh grade challenge science class at Evanston Middle School held a “hat day” — a day when the students are allowed to wear hats to school if they pay a dollar. The students called their hat day "Fishy Friday."
Thanks to the gracious students and staff at EMS, the seventh grade challenge class was able to raise $141 to support the Adopt-A-Trout program, a part of the Upper Bear River Trout Unlimited.
