TMDL kickoff meeting is Jan. 23

A public kickoff meeting for the TMDL – or total maximum daily load – project on the upper Bear River will be held Wednesday, Jan. 23, at 6 p.m. at the Evanston library. SWCA Environmental Consultants is working with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality on the project, which covers the area of the Bear River from Woodruff Narrows Reservoir to Sulphur Creek.
