Wayne Clark ~ Oct. 8, 1932 – Jan. 7, 2013

Wayne Clark passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Rocky Mountain Care Center in Evanston at the age of 80.

He was born Oct. 8, 1932, in Rock Springs, the son of Charles Edward and Lenoir Bean Edwards. He married June Johnson Clark in 1964.

Wayne joined the Army at the age of 21, honorably serving his country. He worked for the railroad as a pipe fitter for 40 years. He enjoyed spending time working in his yard, and when he had the opportunity, he loved to travel.

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Terry (Marvin) Mc Amis and Sally (Sam) Waugh; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Darrell Staley; and several nieces and nephews.

Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, June; his parents; sisters Gladyes Faulkner, Flora Tyler and Lola Staley; and brothers Leonard Clark and Charles Leroy Clark.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home. A graveside memorial service, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife, will take place at a later date.
