EVANSTON — On Nov. 2, Jake Edwin Bradshaw, of Evanston, appeared in Uinta County Circuit Court on charges of violating a protection order — just one of 13 separate charges pending against Bradshaw. The other 12 charges include driving under the influence and failure to appear in that case, eluding police officers, interference with police officers, one count of attempting to violate a protection order, four counts of violation of a protection order, leaving the scene of an accident where damage to a vehicle or property was involved, speeding and reckless endangering. One stalking charge is a felony, so no plea was entered in the case.
A preliminary hearing on the charges was set for a tentative date of Nov. 9.
Bail was combined from the various charges, and totaled $65,000. A SCRAM bracelet was ordered installed upon release, as well. Bradshaw was also ordered to surrender all firearms or deadly weapons upon release, and have no contact of any kind with April Segal and a list of others.
