EVANSTON — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department recently announced the hiring of a new game warden in Evanston. Jessica Julien has replaced Brian Baker in the position.
According to a release from the department, Julien is a Wyoming native and a 2010 graduate of the University of Wyoming, earning her degree in rangeland ecology and watershed management.
“In 2011, Julien attended the 13-week Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy basic training last winter, where she became certified as a Wyoming peace officer and served as a game warden in Lander through July 2012,” the release said. “Julien and her husband, Sam Beecham, moved to Evanston in August. Julien is excited to work in the Evanston area and is looking forward to being involved in the community.”
