Jeremy Tyler Long ~ Aug. 25, 1988 Sept. 29, 2012

Modified: Thursday, Oct 4th, 2012

Jeremy Tyler Long
Jeremy Tyler Long, 24, returned to his heavenly father on Sept. 29, 2012.

Jeremy was the beloved son of Trina Smith and Mark Long. He was born Aug. 25, 1988, along with his twin brother, in Provo, Utah. Jeremy lived in Evanston his whole life, and graduated from Evanston High School in 2007. He went on to attend Western Wyoming Community College.

Jeremy loved to help people, and was kind to everyone he met. He loved to spend time with his family and friends and was an avid gamer. He also loved to watch movies and enjoyed card collecting. He had hopes of one day being able to travel and see the world.

Jeremy is survived by his mom, Trina Smith, of Evanston; his dad, Mark Long, of Lehi, Utah; twin brother Jake Long; brother Trenton Pethtel; sisters Alana Smith, Shelly Long Kendrick and Stephanie Long Carsrud; brother Austin Long; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, at 1 p.m. at the Bear River Greenway pavilion in Evanston. All those who wish to celebrate Jeremy's life with us are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jeremy's name to the Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation. The great folks at Primary Children's Hospital gave Jeremy a chance to live 24 great years, despite the odds being against him at birth. Jeremy and his family would appreciate your donations to give children like Jeremy the same chance at having a life!
