Taylor Dean Wilcox, 30, passed away Jan. 29 in Laramie.
Taylor was born on Sept. 28, 1979 in Ogden, Utah to Dean W. and Lana Lee (Russell) Wilcox.
He was a graduate of Evanston High School.
Taylor enjoyed flyfishing and also guiding fishing trips.
He loved spending time outdoors.
He worked hard to put himself through college at the University of Wyoming.
He loved helping people and was currently employed as an adult care giver at ARC.
Taylor is survived by his parents, Dean and Lana Wilcox, of Evanston; grandparents Sharon and Bob Hendry, Roy Utah; Jerry and Gin Russell, Island Park, Idaho; and Bernice C. Wilcox of Clearfield, Utah. He is also survived by four step-sisters: Shana (Greg) Gibson, of Farr West, Utah; Andrea Gil, of Albuquerque, N.M.; Meka (Clint) Brown, of Farr West, Utah, and Deana (Troy) Kruitbosch, of West Point, Utah, also uncles and aunts, Chad Russell, Rand Russell, Brad Russell, and Gaylene Block.
Taylor was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lynn L. Wilcox.
A memorial service will be held at Crandall Funeral Home on Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
