Our loving brother, husband, father and grandpa died peacefully on Nov. 19. He was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on Sept. 10, 1941, to Dominic and Anna Marie Tierno.
Louis graduated from East High School in Sioux City, and served in the U.S. Navy in Portsmouth, Virginia, from 1959-1962 as a hospital corpsman.
