Former Evanston High School basketball player Jaycee Carroll recently received acknowledgments for his contributions to his professional team Real Madrid in the Liga Endesa in Spain.

The dual meet Tuesday turned out to be another stereotypical meet for the Evanston boys swim team, as they had two more swimmers qualify for state.
Tuesday, at the Pinedale duals, senior Hans Jetkoski-Defries and junior Brandon Sitz qualified for state in the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle.

GREEN RIVER -- The Lyman swim team may have some of the fastest short-distance swimmers in 3A and it showed Saturday in Green River.

GREEN RIVER -- It seems as if at every meet or invite, someone from the Evanston boys swim team qualifies for state.

Last Friday and Saturday, the boys swim team competed in Cheyenne-South's pool for duals and the South Invite.
Friday EHS battled with three other schools, Rock Springs, Riverton and Cheyenne-South.
They went 1-2, losing 120-62 to Rock Springs, beating Riverton 100-55 and losing to South 100-76.
As a team, the boys are unable to keep up with the bigger 4A
