Bear River Riders gymkhana series starts May 18

EVANSTON -- The first Bear River Riders gymkhana of the year will be held May 18 at the Uinta County Fairgrounds arena in Evanston. The registration desk opens at 9 a.m., and the gymkhana starts at 10 a.m., with barrel time onlys and a grand entry flag presentation.

Volleyball camps coming up next week

Red Devils Volleyball will stage volleyball camps on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings of next week, May 21,23. Camps will begin at 5:30 and run until 8:00 p.m. at the Red Devils gym at Evanston High School. The gym will be open at 5 p.m. for those camp attendees not already pre-registered each evening.

Softball officials clinic is May 15

EVANSTON -- An ASA Softball Umpire and Rules clinic with Wyoming ASA District #2 Umpire-in-Chief, Chris Schutz of Rock Springs, WY, is being conducted from 7 to 9 p.m., on May 15, at the Evanston Recreation Center.
