EVANSTON — An Evanston man entered a guilty plea to a lesser charge in district court this week.
On May 7, John Weber, of Evanston, entered a change of plea in Third District Court on one amended charge of possession of a deadly weapon with intent to unlawfully threaten the life or physical well-being of another individual. Weber was originally charged with one count of aggravated assault with a drawn deadly weapon.
