Scott Van Tin and Rhonda Hill, both of Evanston, took advantage of warmer temperatures in the 40s and sunshine on Wednesday afternoon for a walk along, and on, the Bear River near Bear River State Park. Weather forecasts call for more warm weather with some chances of snow for the rest of this week.
