Lincoln County files murder charges in Utah man's death

KEMMERER -- The Lincoln County Attorney's Office has charged two Utah men with first-degree murder and kidnapping. The body of former Utah Transit Authority maintenance worker Kay Ricks was found a few miles north of Uinta County on May 17. Five days prior, Ricks had gone missing in Salt Lake City.

Commissioners call for speed study on Highway 89 north
