Thella Marie was born on May 6, 1953 to William H. (Joe Trout) and Evelyn Marie Hansen Trout Elder. Thella passed away on November 1, 2023 in Mesquite, Texas, after a short battle with cancer.
She was a real trooper through it all. Her daughter Chrystal took care of her and was always by her side.
Thella attended Evanston High School where she met the love of her life Robbert (Bobby) Moore.
They were married October 30, 1969. They had two daughters, Bobbie Jo and Chrystal.
Thella enjoyed doing crafts, especially making scented candles.
Thella is survived by her daughter, Chrystal Moore Knox (Octavious); granddaughter, Amandy Perry; two grandsons, Andrew Perry and Daniel Perry; two great-grandsons, Alex and Christopher; one great-granddaughter; her sister, Joetta Trout Pierce of Evanston; and a brother-in-law, Ron Moore of Evanston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; daughter, Bobbie Jo Moore Perry; two sisters, Verna May Trout Ripkins and Lorrie Lewis; one brother, Billy Trout; her parents; and grandparents.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
